Question: Can you please explain your teaching on the rapture?

This question was sent to Pastor Rob via email. It is our desire to help you better understand the rapture or catching away by sharing Brother Rob's reply.

This question is easy and simple when you understand dimensional projection of God’s Word. You might think that I might make things difficult, but you must have this dimensional understanding to answer your question properly. I do teach on the rapture. It would be easy to simply answer your question by saying that I believe that the church will be caught out (raptured) prior to the tribulation, and leave it at that. However, I perceive that this answer alone would not suffice you. So, lets go a little deeper. I will make an attempt to answer your question in a letter but I may choose to send you an audio CD dealing with this matter.

First of all, I teach dimensions. The Bible says that there are three that bear witness in the earth: water, blood, and spirit. This is found in 1 John 5. There is a rapture for each one of these dimensions. Or, I could say that there is one relative to the water, one to the blood, and one to the spirit. The natural Jew is considered as God’s elect in the Word, and the Jew will find themselves in the tribulation. So then, the natural Jew would be post tribulation, which is where many Bible scholars that teach post tribulation rapture get their scripture reference for post tribulation rapture. Because the Bible speaks of the elect in the tribulation, we know that is not the Church or spiritual elect but that is the natural elect or the Jew. The Bible says that there is a spiritual Jew and a natural Jew. So the natural Jew is relative to this world and will have a different rapture than the spiritual Jew. The Bible teaches us that there is a once and for all crucifixion and then there is a daily crucifixion, so we differentiate crucifixion. Well, we have been caught away into heavenly places, and our spirit is caught away and hid with Christ. Satan can’t touch us there. We are sealed in, nothing can be held to our charge. Our spirit has been raptured, or caught up, it’s already happened.

Our outer garment is relative to this world. It has to go through the metamorphose, or a change (witting the redemption of the body). Your outer man will have a rapture. It is a collective change to the entire body of Christ. This is the rapture that most of our churches teach about, but we need to know that we can daily dwell with the Lord in heavenly places. We don’t want to make the mistake of making God only a God of the past, or only the one of the future. We have to make him the God of now.

So, I can say that the inner man is already caught away, the outer man is waiting and longing for the manifestation of the Sons of God, or to wit the redemption of the body (rapture). We are daily caught up to the throne of God by the renewing of our mind. We have one once and for all been caught away, one on a daily bases, and the body yearning and longing for the change.
